I was not sure the Pousada Tauma would live up to my expectations however I am happy to say this hotel exceeded them.
The setting was superb & despite being 1km from the general hustle & bustle of Calungate we felt as if we were in the countryside.
Food, restaurant, rooms, design & service all excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff especially Matthew the Assistant Manager.
If you are investing the time & money pay a little extra if you can & stay at Pousada Tauma & try & reserve one of the upstairs deluxe rooms if they are available
